Down Mexico way…

This year’s MGI AGM will take place in Mexico City from 22-24 October, hosted by leading Mexican accountancy firm MGI Bargallo Cardoso Asociados.

Highlights of the programme include a keynote speech on the media evolution in public accounting firms by Leopoldo Garza, president and general manager of the Mexican arm of advertising giant Ogilvy & Mather.

José Carlos Cardoso, of MGI Bargallo Cardoso Asociados, will continue the theme of profile-raising with a presentation on promoting MGI in members’ home countries.

MGI UK and Ireland CEO Paul Winder said: “Anyone who has attended MGI’s European or international meetings will know how valuable they are.

“The frank and open discussion and debate that is a feature of these meetings is vital in shaping MGI and from talking to members it is clear how much they value the opportunity to meet colleagues from around the world face-to-face, which moves relationships between firms onto another level.”
