Rowley’s offer new IT solution

Leicestershire MGI member Rowley’s has launched Rowley’s IT Services to take its support for businesses a step further.

Clients can now turn to Rowley’s for website design, search engine optimisation and e-commerce solutions, alongside all Rowley’s other accountancy and business support services.

As well as internet expertise, Rowley’s IT Services are specialists in IT support and offer proactive, remote monitoring of clients’ systems. This means the team can resolve the majority of potential issues before they affect a client, increasing system availability and decreasing downtime.

If a system fails or other IT-related issues develop, Rowley’s IT helpdesk team provides telephone and remote support from their Leicester office to identify and fix most problems remotely, complemented by a team of skilled mobile engineers to provide hands-on assistance.
