Medical specialists welcome MGI Rickard Keen

MGI Rickard Keen has become one of the latest members to join the Association of Independent Specialist Medical Accountants (AISMA).

AISMA is a network of more 75 accountancy firms specialising in working for doctors and medical practitioners. Members offer advice on finance, taxation, practice management and accounting issues and to qualify for AISMA membership, accounting practices must be able to demonstrate a significant amount of experience in accounting specifically for the medical profession.

MGI Rickard Keen first joined the ICAEW healthcare special interest group and developed their pre-existing base of medical clients through contacts they made. Their membership of AISMA was confirmed in March.

AISMA membership will deliver quality assurance and demonstrate the depth of expertise the firm has in accounting for medical practitioners. 

Member firms have access to a number of publications and newsletters, can pool resources with other members through the members' forum, and also have the opportunity to attend seminars and the AISMA annual conference.
