Rowley’s appoint new equity partners

Rowley’s has appointed Mark Hook and Paul Swann-Jones as equity partners at the firm.

Mark and Paula, who had previously been salaried partners, became equity partners in Rowley’s Group LLP, holding company of The Rowleys Partnership Ltd, in June.

Mark is tax director at Rowley’s and heads up TaxForceTM, its specialist corporate and personal tax planning division.

Paula has nearly 20 years’ experience in audit and deals predominantly with corporate finance issues in another division, Total Business Directions.

Mark said: “There are distinct benefits to our clients. There is the assurance that continuity is secured as well as reaffirming both Paula’s and my own personal commitment to both the firm and its clients.”
