MGI Firm Celebrates Client Sixtieth Anniversary

Leicestershire based MGI member firm The Rowleys Partnership Ltd (Rowley’s) has recently staged a surprise presentation for one of their long standing clients.  Rowley’s and client Miss Irene Craig, celebrated 60 years of working together this week.

Miss Craig was invited to Rowley’s offices where she was greeted with a huge bouquet of flowers, a box of chocolates and a diamond anniversary card. “It’s not often that we get to celebrate just such a long client relationship, so we felt it only right that we should mark it as a special occasion,” said Valerie Issitt, Rowley’s tax manager.

“I’m very touched,” said Miss Craig.  “It’s very kind of Rowley’s to remember.  I’ve worked with them for a long time and I’ve enjoyed it.  It’s good to know that they know about your business and about you and what you want.  I don’t like change and I haven’t had to worry about that with Rowley’s.  I’ve dealt with the same people for a long time now and we all know each other.

I’ve seen Rowley’s grow as a business.  I’ve seen them move premises and I’ve seen lots of new people join the business, but I’ve always been looked after by Tony and Valerie and that’s what I like; to know that the same person will be looking after me and that  those people will know my business almost as well as I do!”
