Rowley’s sister IT company evolves

Rowley’s took the unique decision in 2002 to set up a sister IT company, as the firm recognised the need from its clients for reliable and cost-effective IT services and support.

Since then, Rowley’s IT has grown from under the main Rowley’s shadow and established a healthy client base across Leicestershire and the UK. From this strong start, in 2008 the service expanded with new staff to provide web design, ecommerce and search engine optimisation.

2009 proved to be a great year for Rowley’s IT and the web department, even under the current market conditions. This continued growth has prompted the web side of Rowley’s IT to establish its own unique identity – Signature Digital.

Still firmly part of Rowley’s IT and Rowley’s, Signature Digital has broken away from the sister companies in branding to better target new customers.

Chris Booth, Director of Rowley’s IT commented: “The web side of the business has evolved rapidly over the past year, and we’ve seen some great client wins outside of the Rowley’s client base and the region entirely. Changing the look and feel of the company we felt was the next step to establish ourselves further as one of the leading web and now iPhone app developers in Leicestershire.”

With the iPhone app development side of Signature Digital now really taking off too, everyone at Rowley’s is really excited about where 2010 and beyond will take them!
