MGI UK and Ireland directors

Last year, we set up a new system so that we have six directors on the UK and Ireland board of MGI, serving terms of three years, with two retiring each year on a rotating basis.

We are now coming up to the first anniversary, and therefore the first two directors will be retiring. Bob Sadler from Rickard Keen is retiring from his firm next Spring, and hence he is not offering himself for re-election. Bill Johnston from Seymour Taylor is also retiring from the board, but has offered to serve again, should member firms vote him back on.

There are, therefore, two positions up for grabs, and candidates can be from any firm which is not currently represented, i.e. Watson Buckle, Harrison, Beale & Owen, Milsted Langdon, Copsey Murray and by then, Seymour Taylor and Rickard Keen.

Bill has offered himself for re-election on behalf of Seymour Taylor, so any candidates from the other firms should submit their names to Paul Winder by Friday, 22 October.
